4. HIGHLEVEL / GOHIGHLEVEL

Webel Up uses HighLevel, also commonly known as GoHighLevel (“HighLevel”), as an important part of the infrastructure used to provide certain Services.

HighLevel may provide or support functionality including:

Customer relationship management (“CRM”)

Website and landing-page functionality

Forms

Surveys

Lead collection

Customer accounts

Appointment scheduling

Calendars

Email communications

SMS/text messaging

Telephone functionality

Marketing automation

Customer follow-up

Review requests

Workflows

Contact management

Analytics

Payment-related integrations

Business automation

Other software functionality

Information submitted through Webel Up or websites, forms, calendars, booking systems, funnels, or other systems we provide may therefore be transmitted to, stored within, or processed using HighLevel's technology and infrastructure.

This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, appointment information, communications, form submissions, service requests, and business information.

HighLevel is an independent third-party technology provider and maintains its own privacy, security, and data-processing practices.

Webel Up does not control all aspects of HighLevel's infrastructure and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of HighLevel's services.

Webel Up may replace, supplement, integrate, or discontinue HighLevel or other technology providers at any time.


5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Webel Up uses and may continue to adopt artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, generative AI, and automated technologies in connection with the Services.

AI may be used to:

Assist with website creation

Generate or edit website content

Generate marketing content

Assist with customer communications

Assist with customer support

Generate images or other digital content

Analyze information

Organize information

Automate workflows

Assist with lead management

Personalize experiences

Improve Services

Perform administrative tasks

Support other business functions

Information submitted to Webel Up may be processed by AI-powered systems where reasonably necessary to provide or improve the applicable Service.

We may use AI technology developed internally or provided by third-party providers.

AI systems are not perfect. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, outdated information, or unexpected results.

Webel Up does not warrant that AI-generated information will be accurate, complete, unique, error-free, or appropriate for every purpose.

Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated materials before relying upon or publishing them where appropriate.

We may add, remove, replace, or modify AI providers or features at any time.


6. AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS

Webel Up and businesses using our Services may use automated workflows, AI, HighLevel, or other technology to send communications.

These may include:

Appointment confirmations

Appointment reminders

Lead follow-ups

Quote follow-ups

Missed-call responses

Review requests

Customer-service messages

Account notifications

Email sequences

SMS sequences

Promotional communications where permitted

Some communications may be generated, selected, scheduled, routed, or delivered automatically.

Users should not assume that every communication was individually written or reviewed by a human immediately before being delivered.


7. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE PRIVACY

When you provide a mobile telephone number and separately consent where required, Webel Up may send text messages related to inquiries, services, appointments, account activity, support, requested information, follow-ups, and marketing where permitted.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP.

You may reply HELP for assistance where supported.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services where prohibited by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS consent obtained by one business using our platform does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications from Webel Up or another unrelated Webel Up customer.


8. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Transactional notices

Appointment communications

Support responses

Educational content

Promotional communications

Where applicable, marketing emails will include a method for unsubscribing.

Opting out of marketing emails does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional, account, legal, security, or service-related communications.


9. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Webel Up generally does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Payment processors may collect payment card information, billing information, authentication information, and transaction information according to their own policies.

Webel Up may retain information regarding purchases, subscriptions, payment status, invoices, transaction identifiers, and related records.


10. CLIENT WEBSITES AND CLIENT CUSTOMER DATA

Webel Up builds, hosts, manages, automates, and/or maintains websites and technology for businesses.

When an individual submits information to one of our customers through technology provided by Webel Up, Webel Up may process that information on behalf of the applicable business.

The business may determine the purposes for which information is collected and used.

Webel Up may process the information as necessary to provide Services to that business.

Requests regarding a client's independent use of personal information may need to be directed to that client.

Webel Up is not responsible for a client's independent collection, use, disclosure, or misuse of information outside Webel Up's Services.


11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA

Businesses using Webel Up are responsible for ensuring that their collection and use of information complies with laws applicable to them.

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, notices, and consents before collecting, uploading, importing, or using personal information through our Services.

Customers may not use Webel Up to unlawfully collect, upload, transmit, disclose, sell, or otherwise process personal information.

Webel Up may use analytics, attribution, advertising, and marketing platforms.

Some privacy laws may define certain advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when Webel Up does not receive money for the information.

Where applicable law grants an opt-out right, Webel Up will honor valid requests as required.

To the applicable Webel Up customer when information was submitted through that customer's website or system

In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction


15. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Webel Up does not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense.

Certain advertising or analytics activities may nevertheless qualify as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws.

Where legally required, eligible individuals may exercise applicable opt-out rights.

SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

Webel Up therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may integrate with or depend upon third-party providers.

Those providers operate independently and may have their own privacy policies and terms.

Webel Up is not responsible for the independent privacy, security, availability, or data-processing practices of third parties.


19. USER-PROVIDED CONTENT

Customers may provide logos, images, videos, reviews, testimonials, customer photographs, business information, and other content.

By providing such content, the customer represents that they possess the rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary for Webel Up to process and use the content to provide the requested Services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights.


20. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe a child has improperly provided information to us, contact us.


21. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
